If your company wants to have district heating meter data sent automatically to your server, you just have to follow these 3 steps and fill in the form below.
Data can be sent from the following metering points (if the meter has the metering point): Energy. volume. forward flow, return flow, average output and average flow.
Step 1: Only for administrators
If you are administrator, you must submit a written request asking the customer who owns the data at Kredsløb to fill out the declaration of consent and return it to maalerservice@kredslob.dk.
Only when Kredsløb has received the signed declaration of consent you can proceed to step 2 and gain access to district heating meter data.
Are you the owner of data, please go straight to step 2.
Step 2: Give Kredsløb access to a SFTP-server
To be able to receive the data you must provide an available SFTP-server and send the following information to Kredsløb at maalerservice@kredslob.dk.
Remember to use port 22.
Afterwards, the password to the SFTP-server must be send in a text message to a given phone number.
Send this information to Kredsløb:
- SFTP-server address
- Login
