Agreement regarding the transfer of district heating meter data

If your company wants to have district heating meter data sent automatically to your server, you just have to follow these 3 steps and fill in the form below.

Data can be sent from the following metering points (if the meter has the metering point): Energy. volume. forward flow, return flow, average output and average flow.

Step 1: Only for administrators

If you are administrator, you must submit a written request asking the customer who owns the data at Kredsløb to fill out the declaration of consent and return it to maalerservice@kredslob.dk

Only when Kredsløb has received the signed declaration of consent you can proceed to step 2 and gain access to district heating meter data.

Are you the owner of data, please go straight to step 2.

Step 2: Give Kredsløb access to a SFTP-server

To be able to receive the data you must provide an available SFTP-server and send the following information to Kredsløb at maalerservice@kredslob.dk

Remember to use port 22.

Afterwards, the password to the SFTP-server must be send in a text message to a given phone number.

Send this information to Kredsløb:

  • SFTP-server address
  • Login

Step 3: Fill in and send the form

Adresser

Start date and frequence

Please notice:

The customer with whom the agreement is concluded is obliged to notify you when registering/deregistering new consumption sites. Kredsløb will continuously carry out checks of consumption sites that are registered/deregistered.

Upon change of ownership, the agreement ends and the owner/administrator is obliged to notify Kredsløb of this.
